Gluten Free Cooking Made Easy with Keystone Meats

Do you ever have those nights where you have absolutely no idea what to make for dinner, you don't feel like going back out to the store and you're starving?? And now for my super easy and SO yummy Barbeque Beef Sandwich recipe!
  

RECIPE
This recipe feeds 2 easily with leftovers for a lunch
Ingredients
  • I can of all natural Keystone Beef
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 3 shakes salt
  • 3 shakes pepper
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce 
  • Optional for heat: 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Buns
Directions

  1. Open can of Keystone Beef and add to a saucepan 
  2. Heat saucepan at medium heat
  3. Add BBQ sauce, spices, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and stir well.
  4. Heat at medium heat and stir until the ingredients are well mixed, heated through and the beef is starting to shred. 
  5. Serve in a bowl (the gluten-free option) or on buns. 
Kettle cooked chips make the perfect side for this quick, easy and healthy meal!
